The form and bench conversation collect your name, email, enquiry and any business details you choose to provide. We use them to reply and discuss a possible service, on the basis of steps towards a contract at your request or our legitimate interest in answering other enquiries. Fields marked as required are needed for a reply. We add no advertising use.
Messages are saved in the studio’s private OpenAI Sites inbox, accessible to authorised staff and retained for up to three years from submission. A notification without your contact details or message content temporarily passes through Netlify Forms in the United States to alert the studio. Zoho handles studio email. Bookings open on Cal.com under its own terms.
OpenAI Sites provides traffic statistics, including unique visitors and page views, and processes technical connection data for hosting and security. Your browser remembers the sound setting and, for one hour, that you have already entered. ChatGPT sign-in for the private inbox lets the site verify the identity and email of authorised staff.
Supported storage and hosting use our workspace’s European region. That region does not necessarily cover every technical processing operation. OpenAI processing is governed by the data processing agreement for business services, which describes international-transfer safeguards.
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on our legitimate interests, subject to applicable conditions. Write to contact@interlock-studios.com. You can also complain to France’s data protection authority, the CNIL.
